Royalty is the Hawaiian word for ‘Alii’ , and our luxury condo, Alii Unit 365, is this and more. This 1700 sq ft ‘Old Hawaiian’ decorated, over sized 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo provides panoramic ocean views from all rooms and is located in building Three, the most ocean fronting building on property, and on the front of the 6th floor. The Master Bedroom has 1 Cal King bed and the Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen beds. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom.

The Ka’anapali Alii has been rated #1 hotel for Lahaina and Ka’anapali and has received a Certificate of Excellence 2013. Walking distance to Whaler’s Village where many of Maui’s best restaurants and shops are located. State-of-the-art fitness center, spa, tennis, golf, oceanfront heated swimming pools (including a children’s wading pool) and barbeque grills, are all within seconds of the condo. For those avid sports fans, you will find two 52′ flat screens and an outdoor lounge in the poolside pavilion located between the pools and BBQ area. Ka’anapali Beach was recently named one of the Top 25 Beaches in America by Trip Advisor’s 2015 Traveler’s Choice Awards.

Beach chairs and beach towels are provided by your own beach staff. Entry foot towels greet you at the doors to the building to help remove the sand before heading up to the condo. Poolside food and beverage service is also available to ensure ultimate relaxation while vacationing here in Maui.
